Is the install process long?

Most people set up & tap their first key in under 5 minutes.

Is it like Streamdeck mobile?

Yes and no.

1. Flowy.keypad is purpose-built for people who sit at their desk for knowledge or creative work, rather than streaming.

2. You'll find that we have multiple capabilities centered around voice, something that is not possible on the streamdeck.

3. Lastly, the Flowy.keypad works out-of-the-box. And customizing it happens in-app with a few taps, not on a desktop app.

Does it connect wirelessly?

Yes. It uses encrypted proxy to send messages between, in order to bypass network restrictions in office environments.

You simply sign into the app on iPad and Mac using the same account, and it magically connects.

What’s the difference between the iPad and iPhone versions?

The iPad experience is meant for power users. iPhone support is limited in functionality, yet still useful for minimalist setups.

But does it support shortcuts for Adobe Photoshop, Figma (or <insert your app>)?

By default, your keypad will have many default panels from Shopify to Obsidian to Google Chrome.

Any pros will appreciate the ability to program every inch of your keypad. Please take a look at our docs!

When will it support Windows, Android, Linux?

We are currently focused on the Apple ecosystem. However, we are keen on building for other platforms as soon as we can.

How is this different than just using my keyboard and mouse?

Our answer is that it will conserve energy, but we urge you to try it for yourself. The simplest capabilities provide a sense of relief that is difficult to explain in words.

We only recommend Flowy.keypad for people who primarily work at their desk setup (monitor, external keyboard/mouse). In other words, this is pointless if you primarily work with your laptop in a coffee shop.

Why is there a stupid subscription? What's the catch for the free version?

Our free tier is generous. Most people won't need more than this! The catch is that it's ad-supported.

At this time, our pro tier is merely to support us, and for future updates that will include powerful features that have heavy costs for us.

We do not offer discounts at this time. We are bootstrapped, and wish to support the product forever.

How can I cancel my subscription?
